One of the best movie and TV-based parks in the world, Universal Studios Orlando is a spectacular carnival of thrilling rides and attractions. Shows and rides include Jimmy Neutron's Nicktoon Blast, the Back to the Future time-travel simulator, and the fun, new 4-D Shrek show. It’s also a working motion picture studio, and often there is live filmmaking taking place.
A major highlight of the park is its studio tour, where actual movie sets bring movies to life. Imagine an encounter with the shark from Jaws, or getting up close and personal with the characters from Shrek. Twister…Ride It Out takes you into the Twister movie set, providing a firsthand look of the making of this disaster film. Plus, the Universal Horror Make-Up Show gives behind-the-scene looks on how some of Hollywood's most frightening monsters are created.
